Jennifer Williams founded Benchmark Talent Advisors after a successful career as a senior talent leader inside Fortune 500 companies such as WarnerMedia, Meta and Mastercard where high stakes talent decisions needed to land, drive profitability and create competitive advantage, for the firm, in the marketplace.
BTA exists to bring that same senior-level perspective directly to small and mid-sized companies, as a hands-on partner.
